IRC224853 – LIFTING ENGINEER At Eni, we are looking for a Lifting Engineer within ZFOD in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for providing lifting engineering expertise within the logistic activities, project development, assuring that lifting operation and lifting plan will meet the required engineering lift standards and procedures. As a member of the Logistics Team at ZFOD, you will be responsible for: · Ensuring support for logistic infrastructure projects in lifting operation · Helping to define lifting logistics infrastructure requirements and developing technically and economically · efficient solutions to meet the requirements · Supervise engineering design packages and related technical specifications for lifting operations. · Assist tender package preparation and evaluation for technical aspects related to lifting operation. · support the infrastructure logistics interfaces with other departments for lifting operation. · Defining operational and technical risks connected to lifting plan. · Provide technical support and direct monitoring of execution issues and provide resolution to technical queries relevant lifting operation / lifting plan applicability. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: · Minimum: professional education in technical subjects · Preferable: Graduate bachelor’s degree from an Engineering background · Knowledge of International and Local Lifting Regulations and Standards · Courses: Preferably LOLER Supervisor; LOLER Competent Person; LEEA Training (Lifting Equipment General Advanced; Lifting Machine Manual Advanced; Lifting Machines Power Advanced; Overhead travelling Cranes Advanced; Wire Rope Inspection) or Equivalent · Fluent knowledge of English · Fluent knowledge of the local language preferred · High Professional Education of experience in Lifting Operations and/or Construction · Graduate experience in Lifting Operations and/or Construction Location: Basra, Iraq Work Pattern: Rotation 28/28 At Eni, people are the key to our success, which is why our values are focused on diversity, and lifelong learning.
