What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-end cases involving serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios
- Develop strategies for case resolution and communicate outcomes to relevant parties
- Coordinate with local counsel for legal investigations and monitor their performance
- Identify and manage subrogation opportunities
- Participate in mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience handling litigation, including five (5) years of claims management experience
- Expertise in insurance principles and laws relevant to the line of business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Experience in managing litigation and claims in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with legal pleadings and discovery processes
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
