What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize orders and select approved service providers to fulfill each order
- Communicate specific order requirements with providers and schedule services
- Analyze costs of services and assign appropriate pricing
- Document and enter order information while completing all required paperwork
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with primary service specialists
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience in work scheduling, dispatching, or high-volume customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST
- Basic math skills for job costing and profit margin calculations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills preferred

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in logistics coordination
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
