What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process various pesticide licenses, including Pesticide Business Location Licenses and Individual Commercial Pesticide Applicators Licenses
- Assist in administering and proctoring commercial pesticide certification exams
- Provide technical information and support to constituents and business managers/owners
- Prepare and track related correspondence and assist in file organization
- Generate and track billing invoicing for license applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Training and/or experience using personal computer software, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in an office environment providing administrative program support
- Experience providing customer service and establishing relationships with stakeholders
- Must possess a valid driver's license or the ability to provide transportation for work purposes
- Resident of Wisconsin and at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing licensing and/or permitting functions
- Experience with application processing, including reviewing and approving forms
- Training and/or experience interpreting and applying rules and regulations
