Job Description

- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
- Perform on-the-spot fixes and assist with equipment installations and setups.
- Support preventive maintenance tasks (approximately 2% of workload).
- Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with injection molding equipment is a plus.
Hiring Maintenance Technician II & III 35-40/HR Brand New Facility /Climate Control
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical skills to join our team in a fast-paced injection molding facility. This role is approximately 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, focusing on troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. Injection molding experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
