What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive data and policy analysis to assess program performance and operational efficiency
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and policy briefs for senior leadership and Agency partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to regulatory requirements and program guidelines
- Support budget analysis and financial modeling for health-related programs and policy initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of agile project management and coaching experience in complex technology environments
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in federal government or federal contracting environments
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, policies, and operational challenges
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of public health programs or government funding mechanisms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Experience with performance measurement, process improvement, or strategic planning
