      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, coach, and scale high-performance teams of Channel Account Executives
      - Drive sales performance, activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
      - Cultivate high-trust relationships with decision-makers within existing partner firms
      - Design and execute strategic account plans to align with partners' growth goals
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure partner satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record
      - Demonstrated ability in building and scaling teams in the accounting channel
      - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a high-paced environment
      - Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
      - Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy
