Job Description
- Req#: 26-00740
- Own the presales cycle for IT services, discovery to proposal to handover
- Run client requirement discussions, scope, effort estimates, and solutioning
- Create proposals, SOWs, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses
- Coordinate with delivery teams for architecture, timelines, pricing, and risks
- Support closures with strong story, value, and differentiation
- Services we sell
- End to End New IT (Networking Infra) setup/upgrade, AMC and Managed IT Services, IT Support, Networking Infrastructure, Cloud Support, IT Infrastructure, Helpdesk, Onsite and Remote Support.
- Proven experience in services selling and presales, not product selling
- Strong proposal writing and client communication
- Confidence with scoping, estimation, and solution articulation
- Experience working with domestic and international clients is a plus
