We’re looking for a Manager who’s ready to help lead the store, inspire a team, and deliver legendary guest experiences—one smoothie at a time.

What You’ll Do (Your Daily Blend):

As a Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to keep the store running smoothly (pun intended ) while living and breathing our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Help hire, train, coach, and motivate an all-star team that delivers WOW-level guest experiences

Support day-to-day store operations using tools like P&L statements, scheduling systems, inventory management, and daily business reviews

Collaborate with the GM to blend operational excellence with fun, high-energy leadership

Help roll out local marketing initiatives, community events, and promotions that get guests excited

Ensure every smoothie meets brand standards—fresh, fast, and flavorful

Monitor KPIs, store performance, and guest feedback to spot opportunities and drive improvement

Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy

Be a champion of food safety, cleanliness, and store pride—your store should shine

Inspire your team to execute company programs, promotions, and standards with confidence

Model our culture, mission, and core values every shift, every blend

What You Bring to the Blender:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-focused retail environment

Open availability with willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Ability to work the hours required to effectively run and support store operations

Comfort using POS systems, basic computer programs, Microsoft Word & Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can talk smoothies, standards, and success with anyone

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community

ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

      Why You’ll Love It Here:

A fun, upbeat environment where positivity and teamwork rule

Opportunities to grow your career and sharpen your leadership skills

Be part of a brand that stands for health, purpose, and community

Every day is different—and every shift starts with smoothies

If you’re ready to blend leadership with purpose and help run a store that energizes both guests and team members, we want to meet you!
