      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a post-sales Solution Architecture team to help enterprise customers realize deep, lasting value from the employer's offerings
      - Oversee implementations, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and navigate complex situations
      - Coach Solution Architects on conducting value-oriented engagements and identifying risks
      - Evolve core post-sales processes including onboarding, implementation reviews, and health monitoring
      - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure customer feedback shapes roadmap priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical customer-facing roles
      - 2+ years managing customer-facing, technical teams
      - Experience leading technical individual contributors in a high-growth environment, ideally with developer-facing or platform products
      - Strong technical foundation with comfort discussing APIs, data models, and integrations
      - Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion through coaching and process design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with headless CMS, headless ecommerce, or developer-focused SaaS
      - Familiarity with content workflows, editorial tooling, or digital experience stacks
      - Experience influencing product direction through post-sales customer insights
