- Manage the execution of renewable energy projects from late-stage development through commercial operation.
- Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, OEMs, and key vendors.
- Oversee project controls, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless transition from development to construction.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to operations teams at commercial operation date (COD).
- Support contract negotiations and execution with EPCs and major equipment suppliers.
- Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure contractors, sub-contractors and their employees are complying with TerraForm Power's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in renewable energy construction.
- Proven track record of delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects, ideally in Virginia and neighboring states.
- Strong understanding of EPC contract structures and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with permitting and interconnection processes in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar, wind, and/or battery storage. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience in construction management, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic region, and will be adept at interfacing with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
