      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the design and governance of global Sales Incentive Plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy
      - Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, and GTM leadership to influence decisions and drive plan changes
      - Build and present performance models and scenario analyses to inform executive decision-making
      - Drive documentation, communication, and change management for plan implementation across markets
      - Lead and mentor a Senior Commission Analyst, fostering professional growth and excellence in plan administration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
      - Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including nested formulas and pivot tables
      - Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
      - Experience with CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales compensation design or management
      - Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
      - Proven people management experience, including coaching analysts
      - Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver executive-ready analyses
