What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead operational assessments and business process reviews to understand customer needs in public safety agencies
- Evaluate existing business processes and provide tailored recommendations for software solutions
- Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and develop new workflows
- Design and deliver training curriculum to enhance end-user engagement with new software
- Act as a liaison between technical resources and project managers to ensure customer needs are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety IT environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Manager
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
- Strong project management and people management skills
- Technical expertise in software application deployment
