  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead high-impact technical projects that enhance frontend developer productivity, including build performance and CI pipelines
  - Collaborate with engineers across the company to scale shared tooling and enforce consistency
  - Define the long-term vision and roadmap for frontend development in partnership with engineering leadership
  - Mentor engineers and influence technical standards and best practices across the frontend organization
  - Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the team scales globally
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years leading web development teams
  - Strong knowledge of web architecture patterns with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  - Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and proficiency in TypeScript
  - Strong knowledge of CSS and component libraries to deliver consistent design systems
  - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proven ability to build and scale diverse engineering teams and deliver large-scale web applications
  - Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  - Customer-focused mindset and good product sense
  - 5+ years of experience in SaaS software development roles
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
