      About the Role

      We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technical initiatives from conception through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving agile practices and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

      What You'll Do

      • Lead and manage complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
      • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
      • Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project teams are well supported
      • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies
      • Oversee project quality standards through structured testing and validation processes
      • Generate and maintain project forecasts within project management systems, including tracking actuals and analyzing resource needs
      • Facilitate quarterly planning processes and coordinate cross-team strategic planning and dependency management
      • Manage vendors, including selection, performance oversight, and relationship management
      • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
      • Resolve impediments and provide clear, effective status reporting at multiple organizational levels
      • Enable cross-team collaboration to support continuous integration and delivery
      • Ensure alignment and synchronization of multiple agile teams toward shared program goals

        Who You Are

        Required Qualifications & Experience

        • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex, large-scale technical projects
        • Strong background in Technical Program Management
        • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
        • Expertise in risk management and issue resolution
        • Strong experience with resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management
        • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
        • Proven experience with vendor management and selection

        • Strong advocate for Agile principles with hands-on experience promoting agile methodologies
        • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
        • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

        Governance, Security & Compliance

        • Ensure all Product Teams comply with internal security guidelines
        • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor vulnerabilities and ensure reduction.
        • Act as a liaison between engineering teams and security stakeholders.
        • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Tech, Business Administration, or related field.
        • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Project Program Management.
        • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
