What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the conference calendar, managing logistics, sponsorships, and budget tracking for events
- Develop outreach strategies for pre- and post-event engagement, including attendee targeting
- Maintain clean and actionable data across marketing and business development systems
- Manage the editorial calendar and enhance the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Identify award opportunities and manage submissions for recognition of company achievements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using marketing, business development, and AI platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, Asana, etc.)
- Strong aptitude for organization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Comfort in scientific or research settings, with bonus familiarity in neuroscience
- Familiarity with academic or industry conferences, including poster builds and abstract submissions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing or business development within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Knowledge of video-editing tools and data storytelling techniques
- Previous involvement in managing event logistics and outreach strategies
