What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and drive qualified traffic
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve lead generation and conversion goals

- Manage and grow corporate and community social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across marketing materials
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced working knowledge of design platforms including Adobe Creative and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- A college degree in a relevant field
- An active certification from Google
- A background in graphic design
- Experience with social media marketing
