What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams within an assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement tactical marketing campaigns and individual asset marketing strategies
- Assist onsite teams with establishing marketing plans, including social media and email marketing
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and evaluate the business impact of marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management Software, and database management programs
- Experience utilizing social media tools and performance analytics
- College degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and community visits

- Experience in a marketing role within the real estate or property management industry
- Familiarity with web-based creative platforms and lead management systems
- Previous experience working with branding initiatives and advertising partners
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
