      Program Evaluation Specialist

      Key Role:

      Provide expertise to oversee the conceptualization, development, and administration of programmatic strategy and training courses aimed to introduce concepts related to Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) presented to client staff and senior leaders. Demonstrate expertise in all components in a results-based programming approach, with a focus on strengthening organization-wide monitoring, evaluation, and learning procedures. Lead and manage small project teams to meet client and project sponsor objectives. Work independently and provide project team guidance to complete tasks to schedule within quality and budget expectations. Review and guide activities of more junior employees. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
      • Experience with MEL principals
      • Experience managing small teams and projects with short duration, including four to six months
      • Knowledge of advanced methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis
      • Ability to provide justification, discuss in detail the benefits of such a shift, and get diverse audiences excited about the change
      • Master's degree

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Experience with federal and state government relationships and policies
      • Experience with the Evidence Act
      • Experience with tasks and transformations regarding augmenting program measurements, performance metrics, and evaluation procedures
      • Knowledge of public policy or homeland security
      • Doctorate degree in Social Science, Economics, or Evaluation

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
