      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide virtual or telephonic support to clients, engaging in clinical dialogue with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
      - Document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with guidelines and regulations
      - Conduct compliance calls with volunteers enrolled in clinical research trials
      - Provide patient support for those enrolled in Patient Support Programs
      - Maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to program scripts and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current US healthcare professional license: RN
      - Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
      - Competency with computer keyboard and mouse
      - Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a group setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Background in patient support programs or healthcare communication
