What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound patient medical record requests in accordance with company policy
- Ensure timely logging and invoicing of patient medical records received
- Verify requestor’s right to access patient medical records
- Assist in the development and auditing of the Compliance and Privacy program
- Conduct research on regulatory and compliance information related to privacy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in medical records, quality assurance, auditing, and HIPAA privacy requirements
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and preparing data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience in program evaluation and compliance initiatives
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and positively in a team environment
