What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the sales process for new memberships
- Conduct gym tours for guests and prospective members
- Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
- Provide a high level of customer service to all members and prospective members
- Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring the facility is clean and safe
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
- Passion for health and fitness
- Basic computer proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the health and fitness industry
- Familiarity with wellness programs and integrative health services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
