What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct programmatic and financial data collection for agency-funded behavioral health programs
- Provide technical assistance to recipients on programmatic requirements related to behavioral health projects
- Participate in on-site and desk monitoring efforts to assess recipient performance and compliance
- Support program specialists in organizing program-related events such as webinars and orientations
- Develop and maintain grantee profiles and assist with scheduling for grantee meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in mental health programming
- Bachelor’s degree in a social or health science field required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Experience in grant administration
- Credentials in mental/behavioral health or program management experience
- Experience working with immigrants, refugees, or underserved populations with limited English proficiency
- First-person knowledge of the lived experiences of immigrant or refugee communities
