What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the documentation, design, configuration, and support of user requests within the Mobility Case Management Application (Servicengine)
- Develop, test, and implement continuous improvement initiatives by interpreting business requirements and configuring system workflows
- Execute client onboarding processes, including customization of data elements and financial configuration
- Perform global system configuration, including building workflows, reports, and documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence processes for system utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using the Servicengine application for system configuration and client support
- Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience utilizing SQL Server Management Studio for writing SQL queries
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
- 3+ years of relevant professional work experience in the Corporate Relocation Industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Team Foundation Server and help-desk software applications
- Strong understanding of process controls
- Proven ability to dissect high-level information into detailed systems engineering work
