      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective account strategies in collaboration with internal teams to align with corporate objectives
      - Lead national and regional sales programs focused on increasing product selection and placement in retail channels
      - Analyze market trends and competitor products to develop new sales strategies and innovations
      - Prepare and deliver competitive pricing quotes, negotiate contract terms, and finalize sales agreements
      - Manage monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align stakeholders on forecasts and strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, ideally with national accounts in the home improvement industry
      - Proven track record of managing large, complex national accounts
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing national accounts in eCommerce or Pro channels within the home improvement industry
      - Strong negotiation, mathematical, and analytical skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
      - Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electrical systems
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends
