What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an ambassador for financial wellness solutions, representing the employer's offerings
- Develop and maintain financial wellness-focused segments within key broker relationships
- Educate brokers and employers on the value of financial wellness solutions
- Identify and pursue large employer opportunities in collaboration with broker partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support outreach and marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, financial wellness, or related B2B enterprise sales roles
- Proven experience building and growing relationships with employee benefit brokers, agents, and consultants
- Strong understanding of the employee benefits and financial wellness landscape
- Ability to present confidently to key audiences and influence decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard sales productivity tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with financial wellness solutions such as earned wage access (EWA) and student loan assistance
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to build compelling narratives
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
