      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through various communication methods
      - Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal teams, including managed care, marketing, and medical communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
      - Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong sales and account management disposition

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
      - Knowledge in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic medications
      - Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for purposeful work
