      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through various communication methods
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and strategy execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams while building trust among peers
      - Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Adaptability in managing change and thriving in fast-paced environments
