What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a designated geographic territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must reside within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build internal reputation
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, and similar tools
