      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for promoting and growing Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Develop and manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies using both in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to enhance product acceptance and growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales record
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
      - Entrepreneurial attitude and strong project management skills
