      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in person and virtually, providing clinical and reimbursement information
      - Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders
      - Address customer questions and concerns using advanced selling skills
      - Accurately track and report sales activities and customer interactions in a timely manner

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
      - Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
      - Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border with a valid driver’s license

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist position
      - 12+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist position
      - Demonstrated advanced selling skills and business acumen
      - Experience with payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy distribution
