What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and mentorship to clients on Infinite Banking and cash flow banking strategies
- Assist clients in eliminating debt and building savings for generational wealth
- Offer step-by-step guidance on indexed universal life insurance (IULs) and whole life design
- Educate clients about tax-free retirement options using life insurance
- Foster a supportive relationship with clients to help them achieve their financial goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a current life insurance license
- Commitment to learning advanced financial strategies, including IULs and tax-free planning
- Driven to educate clients rather than just sell products
- Coachable with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
- Desire to work within a supportive, faith- and family-oriented team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance sales
- Familiarity with cash flow banking and generational wealth planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service or client relations
- Interest in personal finance and wealth-building strategies
