What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual consultations and manage routine prescription refill requests
- Respond to patient inquiries and review incoming lab results
- Manage referrals to specialists and coordinate care for chronic disease management
- Educate patients on their conditions and self-care strategies during virtual interactions
- Participate in continuous process improvement and quality assurance initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
- Minimum of 0-1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish effective working relationships with patients and medical staff
- Skilled in taking medical histories and assessing medical conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
