      Select Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Santee, CA. This role offers a strong return‑to‑function focus within a collaborative clinic environment that includes experienced therapists. While CHT certification is preferred, we welcome occupational therapists who have completed a Level II fieldwork in hands and have an interest in expanding their orthopedic and upper‑extremity skill set. The ideal candidate is eager to grow professionally, values teamwork, and is open to mentorship and coaching through our local and national OT network, with optional support for those aspiring to pursue CHT certification.

      Compensation:

      • Salary Range starting at: $82,000.00 up to $99,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
      • $5,000 Sign On Bonus
      • Relocation Assistance Available

      Responsibilities

      • Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
      • High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
      • Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
      • Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
      • Valid State Occupational Therapy License required
      • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
      • Valid driver’s license

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
      • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
