- Effectively apply Change Management methodologies, processes, and tools to execute OCM strategies to support adoption of required changes.
- Manage day-to-day OCM operational aspects of the project.
- Ability to develop and execute communication & training strategies for development of key artifacts.
- Develop and execute the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Ability to design and execute the logistics aligned with the training strategy as needed.
- Evaluate and minimize project risks from an OCM viewpoint.
- Ability to manage complex projects and have flexibility to pivot on strategies based on events and trends.
- Efficiently communicate relevant project information to OCM Manager & team, system implementor partners, project team members and other stakeholders.
- Ability to consult, coach, communicate and engage will all employee levels within the organization, as well as influence and persuade others.
- Solid understanding of the Demand Planning process within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to apply OCM principles to both the Demand Planning as part of Supply Chain Management and IT support as it relates to the transformation of business process changes and new system implementation.
- Partner with System Implementer's OCM & training resources
- Possess a fundamental understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and attend required meetings.
- Ability and willingness to travel to plants, farms, and offices, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of experience within the Organizational Change Management space; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- PROSCI certification required to understand how people go through the change process.
- Minimum 3+ yrs. implementation experience in Demand Planning & IT technical business function
- Anaplan system knowledge and/or implementation beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent active listening skills; Flexible, adaptable, and resilient
- Forward-looking outlook for enterprise approach
- Experience in manufacturing/Supply Chain environment highly preferred
- Access to hundreds of clients, most who have been working with Genesis10 for 5-20+ years.

Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking an OCM Lead, Demand Planning for our client in the Food Service Industry. This 1+ year Contract position can be worked 100% remotely.
Rate $60.00ph - $90.00ph W2 (Dependent upon experience)
