Job Description
- Req#: fk0x95i
- Utilize recruiting platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. to track all applicants on a daily basis.
- Correspond with all applicants and schedule interviews, send offer letters, provide feedback.
- Record on a daily basis all data related to recruitment efforts - Ex. Numbers of applicants, interviews scheduled, interviews conducted, offers accepted, etc.
- Coordinate with site management to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date position descriptions.
- Attend local recruiting events such as job fairs, community resource center outreach, etc.
- Able to travel in area to meet candidates
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- High analytical ability preferred
- Abilty to Fluently Speak Spanish
