      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Central Illinois territory
      - Educate key stakeholders about oncology products and address their identified needs
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Analyze trends in a complex buying environment to develop effective sales strategies
      - Build strong business relationships with customers and understand their priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
      - Reside in or near the assigned district
      - Strong knowledge of oncology products and treatment options

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience in customer engagement and relationship management in a sales context
