What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to address their needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory
- Analyze trends in the buying environment and evaluate purchase patterns for oncology products
- Build and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders to understand their practice structures
- Communicate effectively using approved resources to convey patient-centered messaging about products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight travel (10-15%)
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with a focus on oncology
- Strong understanding of cancer care, treatment options, and multidisciplinary team dynamics
- Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
- Experience in selling oncology therapeutics to oncology customers
- Familiarity with drug distribution channels and purchasing organizations in the oncology sector
