What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality instruction, direction, and support for students in the online classroom environment
- Give feedback on student work and facilitate class discussions
- Conduct synchronous interaction sessions and grade assignments
- Participate in program and curriculum planning and development
- Represent the university at conferences and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- AAMFT Approved Supervisor or AAMFT Supervisor Candidate
- State Licensed MFT
- Experience and credentials to teach specific courses
- Minimum of three years of post-doctoral teaching experience in higher education
- Online instructional experience
- Computer literate in software and internet-based applications
- Proficient in APA style
