      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and scale national remote operations teams to deliver exceptional virtual care experiences
      - Oversee the strategy and execution of continuity-of-care programs, including post-visit follow-ups and care coordination
      - Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize operational and financial performance across remote care teams
      - Build and lead high-performing distributed teams, focusing on hiring, coaching, and developing staff
      - Conduct data analysis to track KPIs, improve quality, and drive data-backed decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience managing a high-caliber team
      - Proven experience writing business requirements documents and functional specifications
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with senior management and customers
      - 1+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
      - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in collaboration with clinicians
