What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of utility-scale solar energy project management software, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and track expenses to keep projects within budget
- Coordinate drone operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary contact for key customers, managing their experience throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, energy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project or operations management in the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like JIRA
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for US-based project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PV plant components and knowledge of renewable energy systems
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- FAA sUAS certified drone pilot with experience in drone operations
- Familiarity with photogrammetry and drone image processing software such as Pix4D or DroneDeploy
