      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage application and database activities in a multi-instance Oracle RDBMS environment
      - Support routine maintenance, including problem defect analysis and resolution
      - Monitor system performance and diagnose software and hardware failures
      - Perform data cleansing, verify integrity, and implement access controls
      - Support Oracle Critical Upgrades and patch management schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus three years of IT experience, preferably with large-scale Oracle ERP sustainment projects
      - Prior experience with Agile Development Methodologies
      - Performance tuning development experience
      - Experience using WebLogic for Oracle EBS R12.2 and Oracle OEM13c
      - COMPTIA Security Plus certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management experience supporting DoD customers
      - Working knowledge of maintaining DoD security standards and rules
      - Relevant technical certifications such as OCP, ITIL, etc.
      - Relevant Agile certifications, including SAFe, etc.
      - Active Secret clearance
