Job Description

- Data Extraction
- Assist with the data extracts from Oracle R12 / SAP
- Reconcile/validate data extract to Asset reports and Oracle GL / SAP GL balances
- Completeness of data extraction and validation apply to rules created by Client
- Assist the business with mapping of data and documentation of mapping
- Data cleansing
- Assist/guide business with the mapping of data from old to new values and update in extract
- Assist/guide business with exceptions of cleansing during after data extract and before upload data to the cloud
- Identify any missing configurations and dependencies for asset upload during mock conversion
- Data Validation
- Asset Categories, Project Assets, and Fixed Assets data validation during conversion
- Build scripts for Extract, Preload, and Post load data validation (SQL/MS Access)
- Assist the business with reconciling/validate legacy data to Cloud Asset data during Data conversion mocks and production cutover
- Functional Unit Testing on converted in Oracle Cloud
- Validations of extract has been successfully uploaded to Cloud
- Assist with the reconciliation of cost, accumulation balances from asset sub-ledger to the general ledger in the cloud
- Assist/guide the business users with developing test scenarios, test cases, and upload to Application Life Cycle (testing tool).
- Take a lead in completing FIT – GAP, Rationalization and Solution disposition of Fixed Assets and Projects reports (Directly working with Business)
- Assisting with the functional design documents reports spec and building according to report specs
- Assist/guide business users with developing test scenarios, test cases, and upload to Application Life Cycle (testing tool).
