      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound cold calling (100+ calls per day) to engage eligible members
      - Drive member activation and enrollment by effectively communicating the value of services
      - Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand member needs and address concerns
      - Collect relevant health and background information and connect members to clinical resources
      - Maintain accurate documentation of conversations and manage follow-up activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
      - Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
      - Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
      - Ability to work toward individual performance targets
      - Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems
      - Skills in building rapport and trust with clients
      - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
      - Previous experience in a metrics-driven environment
