What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts
- Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals
- Promote and sell a wide range of fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services
- Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience, ideally in fluid handling and rotating equipment
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fluid handling and rotating equipment sales
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits
