What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
- Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate product benefits and streamline operations for clients
- Collaborate with District Manager to identify sales opportunities and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both in-person and virtual sales
- High energy, self-motivated, and competitive attitude to exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
