What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Genius® and other solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting and networking
- Deliver value-based presentations to showcase how Genius® improves operations and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new sales opportunities and close deals
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

- Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
