What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the Oklahoma City region
- Conduct site visits to assess operations and recommend tailored solutions
- Represent the full range of Process Control products, demonstrating deep product knowledge
- Understand design specifications, applications, and industry standards to deliver high-value solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Oklahoma/Oklahoma City and be willing to travel within the territory and to Houston, Texas occasionally
- 2-5 years of successful technical sales experience in an industrial environment, preferably in valves, actuators, controls, or fluid handling systems
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related technical field preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, HVAC, or manufacturing clients
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
