What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting and local networking
- Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate how Genius® enhances business operations and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications using Atlas and Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
