      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell Genius® and other employer solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries
      - Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and networking
      - Deliver consultative, value-based presentations to demonstrate the benefits of employer's solutions
      - Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
      - Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce and Atlas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
      - High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
      - Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
      - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Valid driver's license with the ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
