Description
We are seeking a consultative, technically minded Sales Engineer to grow and support an established territory covering West Virginia and bordering counties of Ohio and Kentucky. This role is responsible for selling process measurement, data acquisition, and automation solutions to customers in the chemical, metals, power generation, coal, natural gas, and other manufacturing industries.
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on plant-level engagement with engineers, maintenance leaders and plant managers. The territory includes both existing and new accounts with significant growth opportunity.
If you are comfortable walking into a plant engineering office, maintenance shop, or production area discussing measurement and process control challenges with plant staff, and developing solutions, this role may be a strong fit.
The headquarters of Gilson is located in Pittsburgh, PA; however, this is a remote position within the assigned territory of West Virginia and bordering counties in Ohio and Kentucky. The ideal candidate resides in Southern West Virginia to effectively support customers and manage the territory.
